Shipping Policies

We ship all our domestic orders using UPS or USPS.  We reserve the right to use either carrier depending on the address location and weight of package considerations. Generally, package weights over 10 lbs will ship using UPS.

The estimated shipping time frame, once the package ships, is indicated with the service selected. Unless you chose UPS Expedited, all orders will generally take a day or two for processing, in addition to the delivery time listed. 

Please review our important shipping information and policies below. 

Temporarily Suspended: UPS Expedited Processing. If you selected a UPS Expedited Service and your order arrives to us before 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, your order will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders that arrive after 10:00 AM will be shipped the following business day. Please note that weekends and major holidays are not considered business days. Next Day Air is guaranteed delivery by 10:00 AM; Next Day Air Saver is guaranteed delivery by 6:00 PM. UPS 2 Day Air and 3 Day Select services are guaranteed delivery by 6:00 PM.

Shipping Charges. In most cases, our UPS and USPS software will accurately calculate your shipping cost. However, occasionally shipments are incorrectly calculated due to dimensional weight or when more than one box is required for your shipment.

If our estimated shipping cost is significantly greater (usually over 10%) than what is calculated by our software, we will contact you for approval before shipping your order. 

Please be sure to provide us with the best contact information for anytime during the day so that we can process your order in a timely manner.  

Since we can not guarantee UPS Ground and USPS Priority shipments will arrive based on the time frame indicated, if you must have your order by a certain date, please write the date when needed in the Special Instructions box in checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, the only way to guarantee a specific delivery date is to select a UPS Expedited service - Overnight, 2 Day, or 3 Day. 

Tracking your Package. After your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email confirmation with the tracking number and delivery information. Please use this this email confirmation to track your package and determine your expected delivery date. 

P.O. Boxes and Apartment Numbers: UPS will not normally deliver packages if you include only a PO Box as part of your address. You must include a street address.  Also, please make sure to include an apartment or suite number as part of your address; if not your packages will be returned to us. 

In-Store Pick-up. Items may be ordered online and held for pick-up in the store. At the time you place your order, you will be charged for UPS Ground, however, indicate in the "Special Instructions Box" during checkout that your order is for pick-up and we will refund the shipping charge.

International Shipments. We only offer USPS (United States Postal Service) rates for international shipments. If you enter a country other than the United States, USPS software will appear in the shipping options.The shipping cost is only an estimate. We will contact you for approval if it exceeds the dimensional weight cost, or there are multiple boxes, which is not calculated by USPS software. Please note that the international shipping cost listed does not include possible customs, or other fees at your end. If those charges occur, the customer is responsible for those costs.
