Shipping Policies

We ship all our domestic orders using UPS or USPS.  We reserve the right to use either carrier depending on the address, weight, and other considerations. 

Please note that with both carriers, the delivery dates are only an approximation. This includes USPS Priority. Since we can not guarantee UPS Ground and USPS Priority shipments will arrive based on the time frame indicated on our website's checkout page, if you must have your order by a certain date, please write the date when needed in the Special Instructions box in checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Because of Coronavirus we have modified our shipping polices:

Expedited Services are currently not available.
You May Experience Delays in Receiving Your Shipments with either carrier.

Please review our important shipping information and policies below. 

Shipping Charges. In most cases, our UPS and USPS software will accurately calculate your shipping cost. However, occasionally our U.S. non-contiguous (Alaska and Hawaii) shipments are incorrectly calculated due to dimensional weight or when more than one box is required for your shipment.

If our estimated shipping cost is significantly greater (usually over 10%) than what is calculated by our software, we will contact you for approval before shipping your order. 

Please be sure to provide us with the best contact information for anytime during the day so that we can process your order in a timely manner.  

Tracking your Package. After your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email confirmation with the tracking number and delivery information. Please use this this email confirmation to track your package and determine your expected delivery date. 

P.O. Boxes and Apartment Numbers: UPS will not normally deliver packages if you include only a PO Box as part of your address. You must include a street address.  Also, please make sure to include an apartment or suite number as part of your address; if not your packages will be returned to us. 

In-Store Pick-up. Orders are not available for pick-up at this time.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all International Shipments. We only offer USPS (United States Postal Service) rates for these shipments. If you enter a country other than the United States, USPS software will appear in the shipping options. We will contact you for approval if the exceeds the listed charge. This is often do to dimensional weight, or there are multiple boxes, or other factors that is not calculated by USPS software.

Please note that the international shipping cost listed does not include possible customs, or other fees at your end. If those charges occur, the customer is responsible for those costs.
