This high quality punch features a tempered steel shaft and a self cleaning hollow handle. Best results are obtained when used with a fairly heavy hammer, a stable surface (such as a work bench), and placing a cutting mat or piece of book board under the item being punched. Works well for punching through several sheets of paper, book board, and leather. Made in the USA.
