The complete kit includes pre-cut board pieces for a 5.5 x 7 inch book, pre-cut decorative paper and bookcloth (papers and cloths may be used as a pattern if preferred), high quality Somerset text pages with deckle edges (100 page book), thread, needle, headbands, super (for spine reinforcement), PVA glue, thick glue, bone folder, and instruction booklet. Flat back bookbinding kits are suited for books of 100 pages or less. The spine construction is simplified and uses a hard spine. For books with a larger number of text pages, see our Round Back kits.
